Description
Simple and effective, the Rohm Travel Sound Machine is designed to mask noises anytime, anywhere.
White noise most closely resembles what baby hears in the womb, and it can work like magic to soothe little ones and lull them to sleep. Rohm is also great for office privacy, calming sound-sensitive dogs and masking unfamiliar hotel noise.
The Rohm offers three soothing sounds: bright white noise, deep white noise or gentle surf. Then set your volume—from whisper-quiet to impressively robust.
Compact and portable, Rohm fits in a carry-on bag or backpack. It comes with a lanyard for easy handling or hanging. It can also operate up to eight hours on a full charge (and comes with a USB cable for recharging).
To recharge, just plug the provided USB cable into a 5VDC/1A USB power adapter. When used with its provided charging cable and recommended adapter, the Rohm will take approximately 4 hours to charge if the battery is fully depleted. The sound machine may take longer to reach a full charge if it is on and charging.

What is the difference between this model (Rohm) and the Yogasleep Hushh Portable Sound Machine?
Best Answer: The difference is that the Hushh has additional child-friendly features like a child-safe button lock, a soft amber LED night light and a plastic clip (verses the Rohm's rope lanyard) for conveniently clipping to strollers, infant chairs, etc.

I literally sleep like a baby with this thing!
I literally sleep like a baby with this thing! I'll be honest, I was skeptical, but a friend had one during a recent trip where we roomed together in a hotel. I usually cannot sleep at all in hotels, and I slept like a baby when she whipped that thing out and fired it up. I was amazed! Had to order one immediately and have not been disappointed yet! I am thinking of getting one for my other family members as well. I have tried other sleep machines like Hatch and quit using that one after a week.

Must have
A must have! Used it for a month so far. You do have to charge it regularly but it’s also on for at least 15 hours a day in our house

Short shelf life
I loved this product (and so did my baby) while it lasted. Unfortunately after 9 months it won’t hold a charge and has been shutting off in the middle of his naps which of course wakes him up.

Battery lasts less time than needed
Battery Life is too short. It lasts on average of 6 hours which is not nearly enough. I have the previous version and the battery lasted well over 10 hours. I bought this one to replace it. What a mistake that was.

Quality compact sound machine
Loved this little sound machine for more than 3 years but sadly today it died.

Terrible product, poorly designed and unreliable.
Absolute junk, received this as a baby shower gift.
- when traveling for more than a week, the sound gets stuck on permanently. Yogasleep know this issue and their only solution is to let the battery run out to “reset it”. Obviously it being unplugged all night poses the risk of turning off midway through my baby’s sleep and she ends up waking up startled.
- within a year the device has completely failed. It can’t be switched on, doesn’t take a charge, no light, no nothing. JUNK!!!…

Unreliable
This product is great when it works, but our machine often would not turn off until it ran out of charge and just last week it stopped turning on all together. We've had it for about a year and a half.

Disappointed in product
This was a great product for about a year with only light use. We received it as a gift after having my son. It died about a year after receiving it. We did not use it heavily-maybe 1x per week at the most when we'd go to grandma's house and our baby would nap. I called the help line and they couldn't replace it or do anything to help me besides offer me a discount code to buy another faulty product.
