Overview

Description

This appliance automatically washes, sterilizes and dries both plastic and glass bottles and accessories at the push of a button. The Bottle Washer Pro powerfully cleans off milk residue with twenty high-pressure spray jets that thoroughly wash and rinse bottles, pump parts, sippy cups and accessories inside and out.

It goes through three rinse cycles to ensure all soap residue is removed, unlike other washers that only rinse twice.

The machine also uses natural steam to kill 99.9% of germs, then dries completely with germ-free, HEPA-filtered hot air.

The Bottle Washer Pro holds up to four bottles, pump parts, sippy cups and accessories from virtually all brands, offers six functions and is clinically proven to clean significantly more effectively than bottle brushes.

It has removable clean and dirty water tanks instead of a drain hose, so it doesn’t require a sink hook up, and can be used anywhere in your kitchen or around the house (even in the nursery or bedroom).

This all-in-one cleaning machine is eco-friendly and uses 85% less water than handwashing.

Use with the Baby Brezza Breast Pump Rack (sold separately) to powerfully and precisely wash all breast pump parts including wearable pumps, flanges, shields, collection cups, valves/membranes and storage bottles.

This bottle washer is clinically proven to clean bottles 100%. Independent lab testing showed that bottles had 0% milk residue after one wash, sterilize & dry cycle.

It requires the use of Baby Brezza Detergent Tablets (60 tablets included).

Beware of short and proof of purchase required warranty
BEWARE OF WARRANTY. The washer itself works well but at some point after using it daily for 6-7 months, we started getting regular E4 and E5 errors and the company won’t honor the warranty unless you have proof of purchase (which we didn’t have since it was a gift), or else they’ll go off the serial number, which is of course going to make it older than a year. Plus the warranty is only good for a year anyway.

Life saver, and great experience, and great compan
I bought this bottle washer about a year and a half ago, and we’ve used it a few times a day. It has been absolutely amazing and has worked incredibly well for us. I accidentally dropped the lid when we first got it and cracked it. I contacted customer service, and they sent me a replacement lid completely free of charge. I was very impressed with how quickly and kindly they handled the situation.
I honestly can’t believe how well this product has held up after a year and a half of daily use.

Waste of Money and Counter Space
I hate this thing so much. I get an error practically every time I use it. I've looked up the error codes multiple times to see how I'm supposed to fix them and even when I do what the Baby Brezza website recommends, it still doesn't work! At this point, I prefer hand washing or throwing the bottles in my regular dishwasher because 3 out of 4 times this bottle washer doesn't work. Also, the steam it lets out warped my cabinets, so make sure there's nothing above it.

Buy it!!!
Absolutely worth it 100%! Idk why there’s so many bad reviews. We love ours. My only complaint is that I wish it held more than 4 bottles at a time

Good - Breaks near the warranty period
This product was fantastic for about 7/8 months and around that time we started getting regular error codes. Now at nine months it is starting to fully malfunction and is clearly not using the necessary amount of water. The warranty is only a year and to utilize a proof of purchase is necessary. Since this was a gift (as I assume a significant number of their products would be) we do not have that. It’s frustrating this product couldn’t get us across the finish line for the price point.

Not Worth It - Metal Sensor on Lid Rusts
The metal sensor on the lid continues to rust. I am on my third lid and even moved the machine to a more open area in my kitchen, and water still gets stuck inside the sensor area. Not worth the amount you spend!

Junk machine
Used for under a year then put in storage until new baby came. It was about a year it was in storage. Now the machine won’t run and is giving e4 error regardless what I do to remedy it. Total junk and not worth the money whatsoever. When it was working, I felt like it put a scaly film on whatever was being washed.

Awful product and customer service even worse
I have had two of these now and they do not work. They leave your bottles and parts dirty with a film on them. They recently changed soap tablets and they are a complete joke. Customer service is less than helpful. After my first 5 uses I got an error code 3 of the times and their solution was to send me a new lid which did not solve the issue. Purchased in March, started having issues with the first one in May. I have now been without it for almost a month as they also do not expedite any warranty issues. This is a company that does not stand behind their product.
