Great Piece for Comfort and Functionality!
We love this ottoman! It offers additional storage and a level of comfort that you don't get when just sitting in the chair itself. My husband has been asking for an ottoman in our living room, but until that happens I'll just find him sitting in the nursery. Lol! Nice to have this instead of a recliner... In my opinion, it's a better look!

I have been trying to exchange the ottoman and I have never dealt with such bad customer service. Product is nice but customer service needs to improve.

Well, we love it
I had some doubts ordering a ottoman w/ no reviews but my wife loved the boucle fabric and it's amazing. the storage space saves so much room in the nursery and when we put our son to bed we don't have to worry about stepping on or kicking his toys that'll definitely keep us up for extra hour... very practical and nice looking ottoman.
