Been using this system for awhile, but had some issues with sound. Contact support and they were very easy to work with. They definitely know how to take care of their customers. I felt heard and understood the whole time.

Excellent Customer Service Once Again
I had to contact Baby Sense for assistance in a separate issue than before, a technical difficulty which was diagnosed and solution provided by the incredibly helpful Cynthia. Nothing was too much trouble, answering all question providing direct links to the product I needed as a replacement even ensuring I got the EU option rather than the US for plug adapters etc. as I said this is my second time receiving top notch customer service from Baby Sense, their products are amazing but if something…

Comparison with Infant Optics
We are about to have our second baby and wanted to switch to a split screen monitor so I could see my 2yo and infant at the same time without having to use a scanning feature. I loved our infant optics monitor that we got in 2023. After two solid years of use the only real issue we were having was that if we left the screen on for our daughters whole two hour nap, we would have to put the monitor on the charger about an hour into bedtime.

Exceptional customer service
Ordered these monitors in the past & am very satisfied with them. This recent order had a problem with the monitor but customer service was exceptional. They expediated the replacement & we had a new monitor quickly. Thank you Babysense!

Worse Camera ever
Worse camera ever, since I purchased this camera in 2025 i had issues with range signal, i will walk away from the baby crib and signal was gone. I had them replace with babysense and got 2 new cameras, work well for 12 months and Now they are not working, got the same problem with both cameras, range issues. now i am out of warranty as per babysense. This week i purchased another one because the solution given by babysense was giving me a discount. Got the camera today and the same problem. Waste of my money. Super disappointed.
