Description
The Babycook Neo has four settings: it’s a steamer, blender, warmer and defroster in one, eliminating the need for pots, pans, blenders and microwaves.
It also comes with an improved eco-friendly glass bowl and stainless-steel steam basket.
You can create fine puree to chunkier puree textures and everything in between—the unique pulse/blend feature ensures that baby is getting the correct consistency at every age.
The patented steam cooking system turns off automatically, so you don’t have to worry about watching over the Babycook, or overcooking your baby’s food.
The reservoir is easily accessible for hassle-free cleaning. It also has a unique one-handed operation so you can hold baby in one hand and make food with the other.

Didn’t receive my order nor promised follow up email
I placed an order on August 31 and never received a confirmation email. I called customer service and had to leave a message. When a representative finally called me back, she confirmed that my order wasn’t being processed for some reason. She told me she would escalate the issue and send me an email update, but I never heard back and still haven’t received any email.
I’m very disappointed to have spent $300 on an item without any clear communication or explanation about what’s going on with my order. This experience has been frustrating and unprofessional.

I have only used the food maker a few times since receiving it and so far it is pretty good. One downfall is the various pieces that need to be cleaned and assembled which can be time consuming. The washer that connects to the blade looks weak and seems like it will wear easily.

We bought both this one and the one that had two chambers and loved both of them. It was able to process food really quickly and saved the hassle of using multiple equipments. We recently bought this for our friends as well.

I hesitated before buying as I already have a steamer and a blender but the babycookneo is a game changer for me. So quick, convenient and easy to use. I now also steam vegetable for me in the evening, in addition to making my baby’s purées in the morning. The blender is super efficient and pretty quiet - my baby used to cry each time I used my old blender but no more problem with the babycook neo

Very easy and efficient all in one system.
Creates lovely blend - very smooth. After researching many baby brands I’m happy I selected this one. The safe glass container makes healthy foods for our baby. It is very easy to operate and clean.
