It comes with a soft, organic, easy-off slipcover with an integrated waterproof liner that keeps the foam core dry.
The additional backrest and lumbar support helps you maintain healthy posture and prevent a sore back or neck.
The thicker, firm, flat cushion, arm/elbow rests and secure wraparound design also help maintain positioning and encourage a proper latch.

Bad Stitching
Great height, but the stitching along the velcro of the cover made holes in the fabric. I’ve only been using it for 4 months, and the velcro has completely torn away from the cover. Very disappointed by the most expensive pillow they carry.
