Cooling version
I now own both cooling and regular. And I’m not pregnant, but have moderate back and nerve pain, so this helps me find a comfortable position for sleeping and sitting. But I don’t think the cooling one is worth the extra cost. The fabric is very slippery and slides off the bed, which is very annoying. I’m wrestling with it throughout the night.
