Doesn’t dry
You’re way better off getting a sterilizer that dries too. I assumed this one did but I was wrong.

I bought it brand new and came cracked and ive only had mine for 2 months and it turns on but doesnt run

It’s garbage. Followed instructions, followed maintenance, stopped working for no reason after 3 months. Total rip off.

Won't Turn on - brand new
Test this before you throw your box away! My husband took it out of the box and turned it on
and then threw out the box. Now it won't even turn on and Babylist will not accept a return of the defective item without the original box. So basically this was a complete waste of money.

Stopped working after 5 months
Purchased this sterilizer in January 2023, it has stopped working, won't even turn on now.

Broke in 6 months
I have high hope with Dr. Brown products but it disappoints me. Their sterilizer broke down in 6 months of use. I only use it every two days and their bottle leaks. I will never buy any item from Dr. Brown again.

Waste of money
You’re better off boiling water and putting your items in a pot to sterilize. I was gifted this a month ago, it shuts off on its own, after 3 uses it accumulated a puddle of brown water under the trays. It’s not a dryer so the bottles and accessories come out soaking wet and still need to be set out to dry. Buy a better product or just boil your bottles and accessories, this is huge and truly just a waste of space

Get a Sterilizer / Dryer Combo Instead!
Great product that does the job as it is supposed to but as a FTM I quickly realized that the sterilizer / dryer combo machines were so much more worth it! It takes the machine a little longer than this one but not having to dry each piece was a game changer for my family.
