Great for traveling on the plane with my infant, but the inability to remove the cover to wash is why I removed 1 star. Airports/airplanes are not the cleanest, so I keep it in the zipped plastic bag it shipped in to try to maintain its cleanliness for a bit longer.

The travel pillow made our 5 hour plane trip much easier with a 7 month old lap infant, who thankfully slept most of the flight. Boppy’s customer service was very easy to work with, and responsive to emails.

Fabric is too slippery

The material is slippery. Every time I try and use it to help me breast feed my 3 month old it just slips around and makes it hard to use it. I think wanted to love it, but I am disappointed that it isn't useful for me because of the slippery material.

A little bit smaller, heavier than I thought. It doesn’t fit on my thighs and knees. Regardless my opinion, My husband likes it.

The cover is not removable for washing which is a dealbreaker for me. The surface is a bit too firm for my baby to get comfortable. Intent is great but the function doesn’t work great for me
