Too small. Bought for one year old and it looks like a toy cup. The top pops off very easily as well.

My dog picked one of these up and swallowed it on a walk through the park. Silicone does not break up into smaller pieces. This pacifier is flexible enough to swallow, but pops back into shape so it is too big to come back up with induced emesis, thus requiring anesthesia and endoscopy to remove it. $2200.00. Don't get this if you own a dog.

Great! But not older than 6 months
These are the only pacifier my daughter would take and she loves them. She is 14 months now and only had it for bedtime and naps but I was pretty upset when I found they only go to 6 months and there isn't a 6-12 month size. I tried the other plastic one and she hates it. I think it's crazy to not make the next size and expect a child to change the type of pacifier from what they have been using for the first 6 months of their life.

My son absolutely loves these! We tried every brand of pacifier and he wouldn’t use anything. Someone recommended these and now he falls asleep so much easier, it helps him with his teething, and he just likes to play with it sometimes! My question is do you make these for babies over 6 months?

I never write reviews but this pacifier is amazing. It’s the only pacifier my daughter has liked. She prefers to fall asleep with these rather than a bottle. She will spit it right out when she is fully asleep so they serve their purpose of soothing her and helping her fall asleep. I only wish there were more colors so I can coordinate her outfits with them because we never leave home without these pacifiers.

Let me start by saying I absolutely love these pacifiers it’s the only ones my daughter will take. She loves the handle. She loves being able to take it out and put it in on her own easily but it’s only 0 to 6 months she’s seven months now and I’m too scared to let her have it now And it doesn’t come in a larger size so now I’m struggling to find something she’ll take. It would be amazing if this would come in a larger size.

Too big for newborn
My baby is 3 weeks and this was simply too big for her. Will hold onto for when she gets bigger.

Nipple Confusion to the Max Degree
I was gifted these items for my Baby Shower and recently tried them out as my daughter uses Dr. Browns bottles exclusively for a majority of her feeds (combo-fed baby). These worked for a solid 1-2 times when my daughter was not hungry and wanted soothing. HOWEVER, being a new parent and providing the paci has been a slight struggle as my daughter FREAKS when she is given this and not the bottle as the nipple on the bottle is the same exact shape and she thinks she is getting milk. Also, this
