It features an hourglass shape with an envelope design to ensure a secure fit to the unique mattress shape.

Best Answer:  Yes, this is compatible with the Bassinest Lite.

Do you put a sheet over top of this?

Best Answer:  It's not required but you do typically use a fitted sheet on top of a mattress cover. It adds a layer of protection and comfort (since fitted sheets are cotton and the mattress cover is made of polyester).

Best Answer:  This mattress pad can be used with the mattress that comes with the glide model, as well as the mattresses that come with all swivel models of the Halo BassiNest.

Best Answer:  This bassinest mattress pad cover is designed specifically for Halo Bassinests and it will not work with Baby Delight bassinets, as their mattresses are a different shape.

I'm very happy to be able to protect the mattress and add some thickness, as it's not very thick. You really have to pat it to get the sheet on top without creating a bump, but it's doable.
