Nada customer service.
I already left a review which was very low since I attempted numerous times to reach their customer service about an order and no one (0%) could help me resolve my address issue. It was impersonal, ineffective and involved way too much time do I will not be doing any business with them in the future.

Not what I expected
The book is heavy for a young child to hold. Also, the pop sound is only really audible when pushed from the back of the page one is viewing, which makes it difficult to associate the sound with the picture count.
