Never ordering from Mustela again
I have been a loyal customer for years until I decided to order directly from this company. I had always ordered from 3rd parties until the sale of cyber Monday intrigued me. I ordered 3 bottles of this cleansing water and was happy about the amount of money I had saved. Three weeks later still no order delivered and when I ask they tell me it was out of stock! Why sell something that is out of stock? I was only told there was a delay in shipping but not that they had ran out! Horrible customer…

Still Haven't Received Entire Order
I still haven't received my full order and it's been nearly two weeks. I've been unable to contact any customer service rep. All I can reach are bots.

Product is great, but shipping is terrible
I ordered three items from Mustela USA and all three items arrived damaged with broken pumps. One was completely broken off, one was halfway broken off, and one was cracked. How is it possible that all three came broken? I don't know if it is Mustela or a third party responsible for packaging and shipping, but regardless, I would not recommend buying off of the website if they don't fix their shipping protocol.

Strong fragrance
I bought this product to help my newborn with the severe infant acne on her face because many forums recommended it. I have only used it twice on her face and am probably going to stop because of the strong fragrance in it. Products made for helping baby skin just shouldn’t contain fragrance as it is a widely known irritant. This saddens me as I was hopeful for the product.

Updated fragrance change is horrible
Started using this product a year ago and it was terrific. Loved the smell and the kids did too. I’ve recently bought and sent back the times due to the smell. Thought at first it was a fluke but after the third time realized they must have changed the fragrance. Very disappointed and will unfortunately not be buying any further.

Great product for newborns to toddlers
My baby has been using this product since he was a newborn. This does not irritate his skin. And keep his butt nice and clean. I personally like it because it makes cleaning stools super easy. I spray on the wipe and clean his bottom. It's worth having it for a regular cleaning product.

This was the first item I bought from Mustela for my newborn. Great for the days in between bath days and the scent is light and smells amazing. Good for sensitive skin as well. She's 1 now and I still love it.

This is a staple in my household! We use the micellar water on our baby daily. She has severe eczema and this has been fantastic with cleaning her face after meals while be gentle on the skin.

Best baby cleanser without the bath
Smell amazing! Gets any gunk, poop, or spit up off baby without having to bathe them. Love this stuff

Cleaned really thoroughly
It can clean the poops on butt thoroughly. Sometimes if you wipe directly just using wipe and don't see anything left on the wipe. But use the water to wipe again, you can see some dirty stuff on the wipe. Have been using this since my daughter was a baby. She's now 2+
