Disappointed Before the Product Even Arrived
I wanted to support this company, but the experience was disappointing. I emailed to cancel my order right after placing it, but was told it had already shipped — even though the tracking (which was only sent after my email) showed the carrier hadn’t received the package, even a day later. It felt misleading and left a bad impression before I even received anything.

I’ve been using this fabric conditioner for 7 years it’s great I love it so much my mother and sister use it as well !!! It’s a bit pricey but I love the way it’s safe in my skin

Works well and smells lovely
I purchased this to prewash baby clothes before arrival. It smells lovely but not strong. You can’t really smell it on clothes after wash.
