Description
Small, lightweight bottle parts like nipples and collar rings as well as pacifiers and breast pump parts are usually safe for the top rack of your dishwasher. The problem? They end up flying around and melting down at the bottom of it. The OXO Tot Basket keeps tiny pieces firmly on the top rack where they need to be.
It’s large compartment can accommodate a variety of baby feeding gear and even small plastic baby toys, while the inner shelf locks nipples in an upright position so they get a thorough cleaning. When your little one gets bigger and starts to use sippy cups with silicone or plastic straws, use OXO Tot’s flip-down straw holders to keep them standing straight up during cleaning.
While the larger size of this basket makes it great for getting a big load done, smaller dishwashers might not have the space for it. This basket from Boon is a bit smaller.

Unfortunately the basket is too short for almost all the bottles or milk storage containers, so it isn’t helpful for bottle/pump washing. You can still wash pacifiers which is nice, but it’s much smaller than I expected

Must have Organization
I love the OXO brand. I actually don’t use this in the dishwasher. I purchased it for our cabinet. It’s a great basket to hold extra nipples/clean pacifiers. Really big size! Holds a lot.

Pick your bottles first
Great for the dr browns bottles, but many other bottle nipples don’t fit in the slots. Highly recommend holding off until you know what bottles you’re going to use.

I am surprised by how little you can actually fit in this. I have a 3-month-old, and have a variety of bottles as we're navigating bottle feeding. Very little can actually fit in this, which is surprising and disappointing. If you're using this just to wash pacifiers, teethers, etc., this is probably a good purchase. My little one doesn't like pacifiers and isn't teething yet, so this is mostly just sitting and collecting dust because I can really only wash one, maybe two, bottles at a time in this. I'd rather just hand-wash and do all the bottles I need at once!

Too big to fit in top rack of our dishwasher. Will likely give away. Measure the spacing of your top rack before buying to be sure this will actually fit
