Mislabeled box; wrong item; poor customer service
I bought this and it came in an outer box that is brown cardboard and was labeled as being the elephant. Inside was the nicer box but it was the lion version. I didn't realize this until 3 days prior to the baby shower I was giving it at as a gift. I called Crane and asked them to correct this by shipping the correct one ASAP. They told me the fastest they could possibly ship out anything was in 5-7 days! Even Amazon and Target were able to ship it faster. If they truly cared about correcting…

Cute but smelly at first
It smelled pretty musty so I had to let it air out for a month before I put it in the nursery. Otherwise in good shape and very cute
