I have been using this bassinet for about two months, and unfortunately, the zipper that secures the fabric to the frame continues to come undone.
When I contacted Delta Children for support, I was advised to apply soap to the zipper track frequently. While I otherwise like the bassinet, having to repeatedly do this feels like an unnecessary extra step for a product that is meant to provide a safe sleeping space for my baby.
In hindsight, I wish I had chosen a different bassinet. I expected better reliability and peace of mind from a product designed for infant sleep.
