Color indicators don't match actual temperature recommendations
The concept of the red color for too hot, the blue color for too cold, and the green color for just right is a great idea, except for that the actual "just right" temperature range for a baby bath is 98.6 F to 100.4 F. The thermometer doesn't turn blue or red until well below or well above this range, respectively. So you really just have to memorize the appropriate temperature range and ignore the colors, which defeats the purpose.. In retrospect, I wish I would have just gotten a bath thermometer that indicated the temp without lighting up.

I’m actually surprised how good this works. Lots of baby items aren’t that impressive to me but this makes bath time cute and pretty useful. I toss it in the tub to read the temperature and it’ll show the reading in blue to let you know it’s too cold, red for too hot, and green for just right. The charger is provided and it’s magnetic. You won’t have to fuss over batteries so that’s a plus. This thing is pretty lightweight and looks pretty well made

This was such a cute concept they did using a baby whale to be a water thermometer. Gives the babies a reason to keep playing in the water and doesn’t get in the way at all. Also has an easy recharge setting to where if you forgot and getting ready for bath time it doesn’t take long at all.

This is really great product because it was able to help me get the right temperature of water for my children before their baths. It seemed to work really well and the temperature is spot on.
