Shockingly Effective

I ordered the interactive nail clipper when it was first launched since my baby is extremely wiggly and it’s difficult to keep her nails trimmed, and my husband was fully prepared for it to be a dud. Boy, was he wrong! She’s fascinated by this turtle and it’s chomping noises when her nails are being trimmed. She sits so incredibly still, it’s truly remarkable. This nail clipper is worth every penny.

Purchased for my 3 and 7 year old grandsons. The 3 year old isn’t scared anymore of getting his nails trimmed and the 7 year old is trimming his own. Wonderful product.

Not all it cracked up to be

The clipper idea of it speaking when it was cooking nail sounded like an adorable idea. I received the product and yes, it does make all the sounds, but there are a few things wrong with it. First of all the sounds that it makes a muffled and you can barely hear or even understand what it’s suing second, the clipping ability is just awful. I’m still using the clippers that I bought for my daughter five years ago and these clippers don’t hold a candle to them.

Game changer!
My two year old used to go into full panic attack mode and require two adults restraining him just to clip nails. We’ve had this for a few weeks now, and suddenly he will spontaneously ask to “feed Toby” and bring us these clippers!! Our minds are blown.

No longer a battle

For my 3.5 year old’s entire life, he has hated having his nails trimmed. He has even taken to biting his own toenails rather than let us cut them! (Yuck, and also led to some jagged edges!!) now he loves this nail clipper and will let us use it on him no problem. It’s a game changer.

Our 5yr old son hates cutting his nails. But this funny turtle cracks him up every time! We love that the sounds change so much! We never know what the clipper turtle will say! Fun clipper but..

My daughter loves the talking turtle and will hold out her fingers to clip! Only issue is the clippers are poor quality and makes it a little hard to clip the nail.
