Not accurate enough to be useful! Buy another thermometer
The touches infrared thermometer is not very accurate. A few degrees off is the difference between a healthy happy baby and a baby with a fever. Unfortunately this wasn't super useful when I could feel my baby was burning up but the thermometer kept coming back 98.7. We thankfully had the rectal thermometer and we were able to see he had a temperature of 100.4 on that thermometer.

Disgusting Marketing
I bought this for a friend’s baby shower, because she had it on her registry. When I was about to wrap it, I noticed the saying, “how about a quickie” on the side. I instantly thought of the s3xual meaning behind that, and found it very odd that those words would be on the side of a baby thermometer box. I googled this brand’s company name and instantly found article upon article about p3rverted marketing. This is super disturbing, and I hope your marketing approach changes! I will absolutely be returning the thermometer simply because of the p3rverse marketing.

Great customer support
Writing mainly on customer service - my first purchase didn’t work properly, their system had me take a photo and a replacement was sent IMMEDIATELY! Impressive. New one working well, appreciate the storage bag and the temperature options.

Don’t Buy
I am not normally one to write negative reviews but this is not worth your money. It is extremely inconsistent and hard to figure out how to get an accurate reading.

Great Product
I really enjoy this thermometer. I've had struggles with other brands and this one has worked great. I had some issues and Frida took great care of us to get the problem fixed.

Very accurate!
So impressed by the accuracy of this thermometer. Being a nurse, I’ve always been skeptical of touchless thermometers but verified all of my readings with an oral temp after and this was accurate to the decimal point! You can choose Fahrenheit or Celsius and there’s a variety of different options to take temps for adults, kids, ear, or ambient room temp. This is truly a quick read (1-2 seconds) and is so convenient to check temps on sick kiddos in the middle of the night without waking them up.…

Wonderful!
We’ve used ours to death- literally- after four years of reliable perfect use, it finally gave up the ghost and Fridas product warranty is awesome. They emailed some troubleshooting ideas that helped it last a little longer, but finally it stopped for good so they replaced free of charge. I will be a Frida customer for life- we already love their humidifier, vapor drops, and a zillion other products.

Do not get this product
Im frustrated with this product due to the fact that it gives inaccurate readings , every time I check the temperate for the second time within a second of the last reading it changes. I can’t tell which reading is true. The fact that you need to press the power button to get a reading is strange to me instead of it automatically just getting the reading. Do not get this product stick to the old fashion thermometers
