Negative stars - did NOT get baby’s fever
This thermometer did NOT get my infants fever. He got his temperature checked at the doctors office and her thermometer read 101.4, while the Frida baby thermometer read 98.7 on a forehead read. I even showed the nurse by taking his temperature again right in front of her.

Inaccurate and Inconsistent!
Not consistent, even when measuring the same spot on my baby’s forehead right away. It wasn’t showing a fever but baby was hot so I used a rectal thermometer which said 103! Could be dangerous if the temp is inaccurately telling you there’s no fever. Don’t buy this product. Use the rectal thermometer. It’s more uncomfortable for the parent than the child, and accurate temp will help keep your kid safe.

Lackluster
This is such a frustrating thermometer! I’ve had one replaced already and the newer one is no better. It says a forehead reading in the fever range but an ear reading well below. No way to know whats true.

THIS PRODUCT IS DANGEROUS.
THIS THERMOMETER IS NOT ACCURATE. I checked with this thermometer and it said 98.9°. I checked it with the Kinsa rectal thermometer and and my child’s fever was 105.4°!!! This is SO dangerous to have something that is drastically different. You could feel my son being warm. Do not buy this!!

Poor quality and support documentation
Quickly becomes inaccurate and only reading a HI temp for everything, no number. No support documentation available online. Although lots of people have asked in the questions and answers.
