I'm impressed
I received this as a baby shower gift for my now 7 month old baby. I didn't love it at first - bathing him actually terrified me and, even with the sling, he just felt too little for it. As he grew, we both got more comfortable with bathtime, but I still didn't love that there was no padding where his head rested on the side of the tub (if there was a little head pillow or a little more padding on the sling in that area, I think that would make a huge difference). Love this company!
Great tub but even better customer service!!! I had purchased this tub for my grandson when he was born. Fast forward a few months and my new puppy somehow got her little paws on the sling support tube and destroyed it. I emailed requesting to purchase a new one but it’s not a separate product you can buy. So, they sent me a brand new tub. They didnt have to do that. It just shows their commitment to their customers!!

Defective hook
I have only used this tub a handful of times so far with my newborn, and while the tub itself functions well, there is a significant issue with the storage design.
The Pros:
The newborn stage is well-thought-out. The hammock-style sling keeps my baby securely cradled and out of the water, making bath time feel safe and manageable. The tub is spacious and seems like it will offer plenty of room as my baby grows.

Leaks everywhere
Easy to use and clean but it leaks everywhere. We have to put a beach towel under it every time we use it and the towel is soaked!

Great product and customer service
I was given the Freida bath tub as a gift and it leaked. It was replaced and shipped to me so quickly. I really appreciate it.

Disappointing - Mold on Sling
The tub part is great but the bath sling easily grows mold even when cared for properly. Very disappointing and gross - can't seem to find a way to purchase a sling replacement.

Do not recommend for new borns
I bought this when I was pregnant and my 7 week old baby has hated it since the beginning. It’s so uncomfortable for new borns

I got this bath tub almost 3 years ago I wound up loosing the pieces that hold the sling in place contacted customer service an they are sending me a whole new bath tub which is nice since I have another one on the way
