Not happy about my purchase
I received my order today In The bahams and the bar was missing to.hold up the end of the sling. I am very disappointed with this being my first time purchasing this brand .

Leaks
If you intend to use this tub anywhere besides the shower or tub don’t bother. We registered for this thinking we would be able to use it on our counter since we don’t have a bathtub that’s easily accessible, however quickly found that it leak everywhere. Contacted customer service and this was their response “ just a heads-up that our tub isn’t designed to be completely water-tight. For best results and to prevent any potential leaks, we recommend using it inside your shower or bathtub.”

Drain hole plug defect
I really wanted to like this tub, but the tub leaks from the two drain hole plugs. Any surface I place the tub is soaked.

Don’t waist your money
This bathtub is a waist of money. It leaked from day one. I tried to use vaseline to try to remediate the leaking but it did not work. It leaked water all over the vanity.

Leaks!!!
Bathtub leaks. Amazon and Frida won't refund. Frida sent replacement plugs but they still leaked. They sent a brand new tub which leaks just as bad as the first one I purchased. I just want my money back. Don't buy this! I've also seen a lot of reviews from other people mentioning leaking.

Leaks profusely out of drain plug, apparently as designed
Allow me to summarize our opinion of this product by pasting word for word what Frida support told us when we reported that the drain plugs leak profusely, out of the box, from day one, brand new: "Hey there, just a heads-up that our tub isn’t designed to be completely water-tight. For best results and to prevent any potential leaks, we recommend using it inside your shower or bathtub."
What a waste of time product...Cannot recommend. Not everyone with a newborn wants to bathe them in the shower.

Love and hate
This was bought for us as a gift and I loved it! But I must say I very much dislike the fact that the mat that it comes with smells after a few baths. I tried washing it but nothing seems to remove the smell.
