I received this bathtub at my baby shower and have been using it since my baby was born..he’s now 16 months old! It has been our favorite bathtub and makes bath time so easy and smooth.
Recently, the bathtub sling developed some mold, so I contacted customer service to see if I could purchase a replacement sling separately. To my surprise, they sent me a brand-new one completely free of charge! Their customer service is absolutely amazing.
We’ve gotten so much use out of this bathtub, and I would definitely recommend it!

If you have long baby’s. Do not buy, she has looked uncomfortable since 2 months, her head hits the plastic but she isn’t ready to move up stages. Looks like a sink bath it is 😔
No issue with mold etc I store and clean properly. Just doesn’t work for my girl as of now which is the whole reason I got it.

Unsafe baby product
Don’t waste your money… I never cared for this since the first day I used it. The plug leaks and gets water everywhere and my baby always looks so uncomfortable when in it. My baby is now 6 months old and we switched the tub position and my baby literally will bump into the bar that’s holding her in and lift it out of its slot (which is barely an inch deep). Horrible product!

Do you offer replacement plus and sling?
This is an excellent product. I would like to know if you offer replacement parts such as the slip-proof bottom pads, stoppers, and sling. After two babies they are getting a little mildewed. How do I order replacement parts?

I received it for my baby shower and was so excited that it would grow with my baby but unfortunately two months in and is getting moldy and smells like mildew.

It needs to be recalled for safety.
This is such a bad tub. The 3-6 month stage is super dangerous because it doesn’t support baby’s back enough and forces them to go chin to chest. When I go to grab my baby’s towel, I can hear him struggling to breath. If I wasn’t aware, this could be really dangerous. It needs to be recalled officially.

Not a good product
I really disliked this tub. The insert gets stained dirty, and impossible to clean after a few uses. The drain accumulates mold if you're not careful. I kept it for 2+ years because I didn't want to be wasteful. But for my second pregnancy, I'm, throwing it out and buying a different product.

Don't recommend
I bought this for my babygirl and I did not like it. It is not comfortable for her and I was disappointed. The insert does not support them in a good way and the drain stoppers don't work prototypes leaks so by the time I'm done I have to dry the area.

Hard to clean
This tub has too many crevices that are impossible to clean! The part where you insert the rods is so gross and dirty all the time because I can't clean them.
