Most used items are the nasal kit and nail kit. Unfortunately the nasal aspirator stopped working after 4 months .

DON'T BUY
DON'T BUY!
Definitely not worth the money. Not good quality.
The thermometer is not worth it because the hospital gives you one either way. Similarly with the thing to get the baby buggers out.
The automatic nail file is the only thing we were actually using and it stopped working within a month of use. It just wont charge. It also felt like a overkill.
The rest of the items we barely ever use and are probably all worth a combined $10.
