Definitely not worth the money. Not good quality.
The thermometer is not worth it because the hospital gives you one either way. Similarly with the thing to get the baby buggers out.
The automatic nail file is the only thing we were actually using and it stopped working within a month of use. It just wont charge. It also felt like a overkill.
The rest of the items we barely ever use and are probably all worth a combined $10.

I like it, everything's are very useful accept the nasal Aspirator, very hard to clean it, and i aways have a hard time to get rid of the water when i washed it. Otherwise everything's inside the kit is perfectly fine.
