Do you have to buy the saline separately? or how do you fill up the mist spray?
Best Answer: Yes, you'll need to provide the saline yourself. The Momcozy model with the built-in mist function does not include pre-filled saline cartridges. Simply fill the rear water tank with sterile saline solution (or distilled water, if using the mist just to moisturize the nasal passages) according to the instructions, then use the mist feature before suctioning to help loosen mucus.

Game changer!
I never leave amazon reviews, but wow, this product is amazing! I wish we bought it sooner. Our 3 month son was super congested, uncomfortable, and waking up every 30min from not being able to breathe through his nose. Best one to own!
After having a baby in the NICU & then admitted to the hospital for the whooping cough & having our baby struggle with plugged up nose, mucus in the chest & struggling to get it out - this did all that! The suction level is great for your needs! Highly recommend this nasal aspirator!

Most efficient electric nose sucker!!
Thinking about buying it? DO IT. First of all, i love momcozy everything, they are such good products and truly made for both the parents and babies in mind. Previously we were using a grownsy electric nose sucker that we unfortunately scarred baby boy with. It was so loud, hard to get in a very tiny nose and the suction honestly sucked. Must have for parents of littles
This thing is spectacular!!!!! I have used so many nasal electronic aspirators on my kids and none compare to this one. The closest I have found to hospital grade suction (peds nurse). I recommend it to parents in the hospital setting for home all the time. Worth the purchase! It will clear mucous effectively and quickly.
