Broke in under a year!!!
Bought the showerhead under a year ago and reached out to customer service because the showerhead snapped off from the actual hose. It took them days to reach back out to me and tell me that it was covered under warranty and they said they would send me another one ASAP. I am now 18 days without my showerhead and have been having to use the hose. I have reached out to their customer service again trying to figure out when this product will arrive and they don’t bother responding. If you purchase this you better hope nothing goes wrong or you’ll be out of a shower head for weeks.

EXPENSIVE, POOR QUALITY AND HEAVY
I purchased the fixed shower head and the handheld one a little over a year ago. The filter had to be changed after 3 months as the water flow diminished. They are too expensive. Also the handheld shower head is very heavy with the filter inserted. But worst of all it fell apart and is now unusable. I wanted to replace just the showered but canopy refused saying that I had to buy the entire fixture including the hose that lead to the head and the other accessories which I don't need and didn't…

Overpriced and Bad Customer Service
Costs way too much for the poor design and cheap materials. I only got a couple months of use before it broke after following instructions and normal use. I reached out to the company using their online form twice and never got a response. It’s a shame because I was considering getting the shower head/handheld combo pack because I can’t find it anywhere else. But, they’ve lost my business.

I've definitely noticed an improvement in my hair since switching, but the water in my area is worse than this can totally fix. I rent, so I can't get a proper filter or softener, which is really what I need. This does a better job than I anticipated, and I'm pretty happy with it. The weight feels a little weird when I take it off the mount and I'd love to have multiple settings, but otherwise it's great

You know- i really liked this. My first one shattered on the inside when i went to change the filter. I ordered a whole new showerhead. It took over a month to arrive. I reached out to customer service and they blamed their shipper and said it was my responsibility to follow it up with them.
