Not A Durable Product
This shower head worked great for us for about 14 months, but it's officially toast. The interior brackets that hold the front spray cover onto the shower head are made of plastic, and one of them sheared off, which prevents the spray cover from sitting flush with the shower head, causing water to spray everywhere when the water is on. The leak is so bad it sprays up and out of the shower, soaking the whole bathroom, so there isn't really an alternative other than replacing it with something…

I’ve been looking to buy a canopy shower head for so long. The area I live in has really hard water which has taken a toll on my hair and skin. It arrived very quickly, was super easy to install, and so far is working great! I could tell a difference right away just in the first use. The water actually felt softer and the pressure was great! I used to dread washing my hair, but now I look forward to it because the scalp massage head is like a spa!! Would highly recommend this and hope to get another one for my guest bathroom!

After only a few days this has made a world of difference. This made the water pressure in my shower so much better, my hair feels like there is less build up, and the essential oils added to the shower isn’t something I didn’t know I needed!

So disappointed...
I received the handheld filtered showerhead as a gift. The first week it worked fine, by the end of week three it was falling apart. The metal cover on the hose disconnected from the handle and water was squirting out from the sides of the showerhead. It was also very difficult to remove the faceplate of the showerhead and equally difficult to put it back on. So disappointed this product didn't even make it a month and now I have to go buy something to replace it.🫤

I love the handheld showerhead. It has great water pressure and is convenient for showering and cleaning. I was very excited to find canopy as I was searching for a filtered shower that was also hand held. The design is sleek and I love the essential oils that pair with the shower. However, after using my canopy for a few months, the black color is severely chipped, showcasing the silver metal underneath. I am frustrated because I chose a black showerhead to match the bathroom aesthetic, and now…
