Broke within 90 days

The shower head broke before i received my first replacement filter. Unsatisfied water pressure and no noticeable benefits on the filter. Not happy spending this much of money.

High Hopes, Poor Execution

I really wanted to love the Canopy 2-shower-head system because I had high expectations, but unfortunately it’s been a major disappointment.
The biggest issue is the diverter valve that switches between the handheld and the main shower head. It’s incredibly difficult to move, so much so that I thought ours was defective. Canopy sent a replacement, but the new one has the exact same problem, which makes me think it’s a design flaw rather than a one-off issue.

Broke 2 years in
I received my shower head as a gift two christmases ago, and it already broke. The cover where the water comes out won’t stay on tightly and the water spray pushes it off. It’s not covered by the warranty anymore, so it was just a big waste of $150.

I ordered the Gold and it is Gorgeous! I have been using the system for a couple weeks now and already noticed a difference in my skin. It’s much softer. I have never been excited about a shower before I found canopy.! highly recommend

Easy to install, and best of all, easy to switch out filters. I’ve tried different filtered showerheads before, and some are very very difficult to open.
The water pressure is not great but it could be an issue with my plumbing.
The material does feel pretty plasticky and cheap. Hopefully it holds up over time.
