Product design is flawed

I ordered this product in February and it worked great until I needed to replace the filter then water started shooting through the seams. I gave it a chance and changed the filter and solved that problem for a month but I could see even before it started shooting out the sides again that the face plate never screwed on properly and I thought it was a defective item so I contacted the company and the customer service is fantastic and helpful and they sent a new shower head right away. Love this shower head

You can feel the difference!

I wasn't sure this shower head would work for me, but I knew I had to do something about the chemicals in my city water that made stains in the shower. Not only does the filtered water from the Canopy shower head prevent me from having to clean the shower so often, the feel of the handheld device fits perfectly in my hand with great balance.

Review of Mini
So far, I love the filtered mini shower head itself. Great water pressure, and my hair feels clean but not stripped. Unfortunately, I just received my first replacement filter today and cannot remove the faceplate to swap in the new filter for the old. If I cannot replace this easily every 90 days, that kind of sucks. If I figure this out (maybe it's just user error), I'll try to update my review to five stars.

The handheld shower head does provide softer water for hair and skin. However, it does impact the water pressure and there is only one setting for water flow.

Mediocre but does what it needs to

I’ve had a few hose issues, filter issues and water pressure issues but luckily customer service is pretty good so I was able to get them mostly all handled. The handheld showerhead is pretty heavy with the filter in it as well. But all in all still a filtered showerhead so does what it needs to.
