Love the shower head
Other than I’ve had it for a month and it looks like one of the tabs that holds the face plate on the handheld shower head, one of the tabs has broke off on its own and stared spraying water everywhere and will not stay on now.

Easy to install

You can certainly tell a difference when using soaps and shampoo's with this. Skin feels softer and baby's eczema isn't as red and angry.

Love it… but….

Love the shower head itself, very disappointed in the mounting hardware. The hardware is made of cheap plastic and therefore was easily stripped when installing onto metal piping. I had to purchase a separate metal mounting piece which worked perfectly. For the purchase price, I don’t believe that I should have had to go through extra time, trouble, and money to install the shower head with better quality hardware. I would attach a photo of the junky hardware it came with, but I’ve already thrown it away.

Broke in under a year!!!
Bought the showerhead under a year ago and reached out to customer service because the showerhead snapped off from the actual hose. It took them days to reach back out to me and tell me that it was covered under warranty and they said they would send me another one ASAP. I am now 18 days without my showerhead and have been having to use the hose. I have reached out to their customer service again trying to figure out when this product will arrive and they don’t bother responding. If you purchase this you better hope nothing goes wrong or you’ll be out of a shower head for weeks.

EXPENSIVE, POOR QUALITY AND HEAVY
I purchased the fixed shower head and the handheld one a little over a year ago. The filter had to be changed after 3 months as the water flow diminished. They are too expensive. Also the handheld shower head is very heavy with the filter inserted. But worst of all it fell apart and is now unusable. I wanted to replace just the showered but canopy refused saying that I had to buy the entire fixture including the hose that lead to the head and the other accessories which I don't need and didn't…
