You know- i really liked this. My first one shattered on the inside when i went to change the filter. I ordered a whole new showerhead. It took over a month to arrive. I reached out to customer service and they blamed their shipper and said it was my responsibility to follow it up with them.

My biggest reason for purchasing this was to help with my husband’s skin problems. He suffers from dry skin and we’ve tried everything. Little did we know having a filtered shower head would be the change we needed! I can also tell my hair difference too!

I'm surprised how much I love this shower head. The water pressure is perfect, and the filter subscription will be a big help. I've been dealing with skin issues and thinning hair since I moved into my apartment, and 2 weeks in I already notice a difference in my skin.

This was so easy to instal. The water pressure is perfect. Itrs such an upgrade from our previous shower head, and just heavenly! My only complaint would be that the shower head does fall, so if i lift it to spray higher it slumps back down. Also with the attached handheld it slumps sideways. I'm trying to figure out how to make it stick.

The water pressure is rather light especially in the hand held & there are no spray choices as in the wall mount so minus a star ⭐️ there
I have small hands so it is hard to open to replace the filter but hopefully will get easier; if you have any helpful suggestions on how to open to change filters easier please send my way!

Continuous breaking

I ordered this showerhead last year and with in a month or two it broke. The filter was all used up and water was spraying through the side of the head. When I went to take off the faceplate to change the filter a piece broke off inside. I got a replacement showerhead. Fast forward a few months and the same piece broke off again. This time I did not even try to get a replacement and I’ve been thinking for a while now if it’s worth replacing and I don’t think it is. For this price the quality of…

Impossible to Open
I bought the system so I have both. The handheld is impossible to open. With bare hands, towels, or rubber gloves. It also lacks sprayer options and just shoots sharp skinny sprays at you. Does not feel good.

Plastic Mount Cracked (TWICE) on Installation

I purchased this showerhead to help with the hard water problem in my area and because it was one of the few filtering showerheads with a handheld option. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a piece of junk. I tried installing it, but the plastic mount cracked and water ended up leaking everywhere before I realized. Because I have a one-year warranty, they sent me a replacement showerhead. I attempted to install it and THE EXACT SAME THING HAPPENED AGAIN. And I don't think this can be chalked up…
