Frida nail buffer Does not work. Changed out with a set of new batteries and then 2 different sets of brand new batteries right out of the box. Went through all possibilities for why this could be and followed instructions for use. Held the button down for 2 seconds as instructed, it's just a busted piece of junk.

Disappointing
Really need to offer packs by age. Clearly from comments I am not alone in wanting and needing more 12+.

Waste of money for refils. Do NOT buy
I do not recommend this product. We were very satisfied with the product on initial purchase, but now that the pads have completely worn out we are looking to buy replacements.
The company only offers a single bundle replacing all pads that came with the buffer initially. Obviously no one needs a new born, 1mo etc 5 months in... There are countless reviews on the buffer refill stating this is an issue for their customers yet there is no alternative.
Do not waste your money on this product. Research alternatives based on refill availability. I really wish we did...

12 months + replacement head pack
Please sell extra gritty replacement head alone since the other replacements heads for newborn to 9 months will not be needed.

Oh boy do I love this thing I still currently use it on my 4 year old as I’m waiting for my baby to be born in September but this is such a life saver from tiny sharp nails and it relaxes my son and he usually is asking me to do it for him so I’m not needing to fight

Faulty Product
We received this nail file and it did not work when we set it up. Tried to use different batteries and tje light would only turn on but the buffer would not work. We were past the return to store date so could not exchange it. Would not recommend.
