It works.
It doesn't get the dry skin off the head as easy but it helps with washing my baby's hair with shampoo.

I loved it! I love that the rinser is designed for newborns and changes for when they become toddlers. I also really liked the essential oil it comes with because it relaxes them. The scrub is also gentle on the skin with newborns so this is an essential kit!
