Hi I bought this a couple months ago for my son and the two plus nose suctions are missing plus the tubing are there not replacement parts

Frida electric nose pump
I really love this product, it helps keep my baby’s nose free of all the icky stuff . I love this brand and all it offers , I misplaced some pieces and they replaced the entire thing . Doesn’t get any better than that ! I will continue to use this brand and also refer it to any new moms out there .
