I had bought one from target and it only worked once and never wanted to charge or work ever again. Target would not give me my refund

Trash product
We have bought 2 of these now. They are complete trash and stop working after a few uses. My 7 year old has severe asthma and needed this tonight when it once again stopped working. This has put her in danger. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED SELLING A PRODUCT THAT IS FOR A SEVERE HEALTH ISSUE THAT DOESN'T EVEN WORK PROPERLY!

Horrible high-pitched sound
My wife was given this as a gift. I threw it out, it has a high pitch sound that all the kids in the family were able to hear including the dog.. except for my wife and I. The sound was described as annoying and loud I cannot put this in my infant's face knowing that that sounds exists if I don't know if she can hear it or not.
