Quiet enough to not wake a baby
Cold and flu lifesaver. It is whisper quiet, I put it next to baby’s face while she sleeps and she sleeps right through it and it makes a difference in her coughing for the rest of the night. I used to work as a nurse on a respiratory floor and when I tell you how loud traditional nebulizers are but this is so quiet. I couldn’t believe it

When it works its great
I love this nebulizer just inconsistent performance. I've had to buy 4. Even with following the instructions to a "t" it still stops working sooner or later. Won't recharge. On the plus side customer service has been great about replacements

I’ve had bad luck with 2
I really really wished it worked because the short time I had it, it was amazing. I love how portable, quiet, and easy it was to use! I had 2 within 8 months and they both took a poop on me. Both with charging issues. It’ll turn on to tell me to charge it but won’t take or hold a charge. Sucks to think about possibly wasting money on another one because they aren’t cheap either.

DO NOT BUY
I have bought 2 in the past year and both of them have stopped working. I tried cleaning the mesh plate, but it still doesn’t work. I’ve wasted $100.

Amazing Product and Service!
Submitted a help ticket at 3am frustrated and scared because of my sick little one amd was blown away at the ease of getting a replacement with my warranty. Hands down the best customer service. Thank you for being one less thing to worry about during a stressful time (caring for a tiny sick baby).

Love love love, except for one thing
We love this thing. My toddler has serious asthma and we need to use it very often. We love it so much, we have a back up. HOWEVER!!!! Tonight I had use it while the toddler was sleeping. There is no night mode! (Why not?!) The thing lights up like a disco ball and it's really hard to keep the kiddo sleeping while administering it.

On #2. Second one lasted 3 days. They both worked great and we could tell a difference in our 3 month olds congestion after use. They just don’t last very long. 3-5 days each.

Don't waste your money.
I bought this two days ago and it's one of the worst products i've ever used in my life. such a waste of money and broke on the 3rd use.

Disappointed
I purchased one and it stopped working after a few uses even though I followed all the cleaning steps. Customer service issued me a new one. Thank you. But the new one quit working immediately as well. So disappointing! I bought a different brand and havent had any issues.
