Great Product!
I owned one of these (older model) and the motor went out. NoseFrida did not hesitate to replace the unit with a working one. The attachments are great and fit my baby's small, sensitive nostrils. It offers natural relief from stuffy noses that get in the way of feeding. I would definitely recommend this product for its quality but also the excellent customer service.

Disappointing Product
Purchased this item for my son and DIL to use for my grandson. It did not even last 6 weeks, and then would no longer recharge with provided charging cord or any other charging cord that was Us-c. Unfortunately Walmart would not take it back because it had been more than 30 days since purchased.

Gimmick product
Threw mine away because of the horrible design. The snot goes past the designated compartment and straight into where the motor is. Snot then starts spraying out of the ventilation hole. You obviously can’t clean the part where the motor is which eventually stops working due to all the build up.

Stopped working after the first use.
I need help getting it to suction again.

Incredibly frustrating and disappointing
I would give this company 0 stars if possible. I’m so incredibly disappointed with this. I bought a brand new one just to open it and have missing parts. I cannot believe the company would be so careless to allow a product go off the production line incomplete. I needed to use this right away and now I’m unable to causing my baby to suffer longer. Insanely disappointed and unhappy.

Great and easy to use
Great suction. I am struggling with some buggers that seem out of reach for the device, but I am sure that is for a safety reason. So far it is very helpful.

New and improved
My other nose Frida's motor suddenly stopped working and I finally had an opportunity to use the new one. It works great! It's our go-to for snotty noses. The only thing that's hard to remember is to charge it. We have an original nose Frida for when we reach for it and this one isn't charged.
