Great Customer Service!
I reached out to customer support to replace a lost piece of the electric nasal aspirator I had just recently bought for my congested 2 month old. They replied to me so quickly and offered to ship a whole new one! It was such a huge relief for an anxious mom.

Not strong enough
The battery will be fully charged and the suction is not great. This is our second one, and the first one leaked snot out of the back vent. Wouldn't recommend.

Horrible don’t buy
This machine has a hole and when you use it, mucus get sucked inside and shoots back out at you.
