Falls apart immediately
Bad product, even worse customer service. The foam pad fell off after just a couple uses. Bought another one to replace it and the foam pad fell off again after one use. Contacted customer service and they said there is nothing they can do because it is only designed to last several uses. For a $17 brush that is absolutely ridiculous. Total marketing scam. You can just use your hands and a regular comb.

Best product ever!!!! One treatment and completely gone! I wish they had this when my kids were born (current foster mom).

Useful item
The product itself is a great idea. Almost every product I use is Frida. However, I was only able to use my twice before it fell apart. The sponge came off almost right away. Maybe it was just an issue with the adhesive.

Truth unsponsored
It will mold and everything is useless aside from the comb. Just get a comb that isn’t overpriced.

Do NOT by or added to list
Sponge falls off after one use, but even before that happened it turned yellow. The stand was a cute idea, just an idea though because the scrubber/yellow sponge does not sit on in it properly.

Not for babies with thicker hair
Not for babies with thick or curly hair but got a few uses out of the brush.

Sponge Fell Off
I used this for the first time yesterday and the sponge fell off from being wet. I’m disappointed that this barely lasted one bath time. I do like the comb tho. That was helpful.

Irritated
2 stars because it decently work for my 2 month old son on the first try. One 2 stars because the product itself is cheap. My sponge already fell off after spending 16$ + flakes don't wash off easily on the comb. Overall disappointed plus had to buy the wash set separately.
