We bought this a couple months ago and so far they've been effective. It's easy to engage and disengage the locks. If they remain locked its really easy to release the lock. It would also be easier if they had been off limits all along. Once they were installed she had a tantrum but now she's used to it.

Didn’t Work For Me
You’re supposed to be able to transfer the template from the latch to the cabinet door. It simply wouldn’t transfer. The door was clean and dry, it just plain wouldn’t transfer. Stayed stuck to the latch no matter how hard I pressed on the door. For me this was a waste of money and time.

Works great
I bought the Dreambaby magnetic looks for our kitchen drawers, which by the way work great, and thought I better buy an additional key for a backup!

listen for the click
The Key is a little tricky to get right the first time. I learned to NOT tug on the door and listen for a small click before opening. Having a spare key would be nice.

Didn’t work.
Purchased from the local hardware store. Couldn’t get them to stick to my calibers. Total waste of 20 dollars. Had to go buy a different kind of lock to keep my baby safe.

Great idea, poor execution
I bought this a week ago & recently installed them in my kitchen. If I could return them, I would. The latch doesn’t always pop back up, even when there’s no magnet around so I’m constantly having to check that they actually lock. I would not recommend using on drawers — they’re bulky, don’t fit in the drawer properly & because of this have a tendency to pop off. I also would not recommend purchasing if you have a strong or determined baby. Some pop right open with little to no force.

I needed to order more magnetic keys. The CS woman was very friendly and told me exactly where to find them. She even found me a discount.

No!!!
I have been working for hours to get these locks to work. Nothing is working. We have 8 locks and only TWO adhesive strips. Nothing is lining up. The catcher isn't working at all. I am beyond annoyed and exhausted trying to get these locks to work on ANY cabinet we have. Horrible product!!!
