Customer service clearly prioritizes responding to public reviews over direct emails or phone calls which speaks volumes about how much more they care about their reputation than solving any issues.
I have multiple emails from over the last few weeks that have not had any response to them & they aren’t even accepting phone calls the majority of the time.
Good luck with them.
Also this car seat was RECALLED and their option to resolve it is to make the customers fix it themselves with some kind of kit! Would not recommend.

Recalled & horrible customer service
I had issues with this car seat & customer service even before the recall- but now that it is recalled, customer service turned off their phones so you can’t even speak to a live agent! And they don’t respond back to the emails that they advise you to reach out that way if you have questions.
This company is a joke & their only solution to fix the issues that caused the recall is to send a kit for the parents to use to fix the problem?
That seems like a cheap and lazy way for Evenflo to get out of remaking these car seats the proper way so they are safe

Amazing infant car seat

The ability for it to rotate is life changing when taking baby in and out of the car without the seat. The ease of install and use is awesome. Love the sensor for heat and if the child unbuckles it. The sensory soothe handle with lights and sounds will be so helpful during difficult times in the car driving.

Love it!
I really like this car seat, and I’m so glad I got it after reviewing multiple others! I preferred a base just for peace of mind safety, and I love the revolving seat. It makes it easy to get baby in and out of the seat with weather issues (heat/rain/etc)

Handle completely stopped less than 6 months
My son just turned 6 months old, and we have used this car seat religiously since the day we brought him home. It has honestly been one of our favorite baby purchases. We bought the entire travel system with the bassinet, and it’s been worth every penny…until now.

Love the swivel
With my second I knew to make my life easier I wanted the swivel car seat. The sensory soothe is an added bonus which works well for my 3 week old who already fell asleep to the sounds.
My only complaint would be that the canopy doesn’t come down far enough. Living in Vegas where it’s constantly hot and sunny the canopy doesn’t give enough coverage. That would be my only dislike.

Best car seat, true lifesaver
My little one hated car rides, the only thing that saved me on long car rides was this car seat. My only quell is that we used the sensor soothe so much that the batteries would die quickly

The rotating base was my absolute favorite feature! My son liked the sensory soothe but didn’t love it as much as I thought that he would. The sensory soothe feature uses a lot of batteries constantly, so I would enjoy it more if it had a charging feature. But overall this is a great infant car seat and I will be using it for my next son this year!
