Overview
Description
Restore 3 is a smart sleep clock designed to help you unwind nightly, sleep deeply and wake-up phone-free.
It helps you establish healthy circadian rhythms with a sunrise alarm clock, simulating the gradual brightening of dawn and enabling you to wake up naturally to a light alarm clock.
With the companion Hatch Sleep app, you can customize and adjust your sleep routines with content like guided meditations, sleep podcasts and sleep sounds backed by science.
Once you choose your favorite routines in the Hatch Sleep app, put your phone away and control them on your Restore. One big button starts your routine, adjusts the volume and lets you snooze right on the device. Switch between your favorite routines, pause audio and more.
Whether you prefer a gentle rainfall and the steady rhythm of white noice or more unconventional sleep sounds like retro soundbaths and forest birds, restore can play them for just a few minutes or all night long.

Love!
I love everything about it, I was worried it was going to be a regular alarm but its so good. I do wish they had more options on the app and I’m not paying for the plus but it’s still nice!

Thank you Kelsy!
It’s honestly been helping me so much, and I’ve been feeling a lot better with my postpartum depression. I’ve also noticed that I’ve been sleeping better, which has made such a difference in how I feel throughout the day. Restore 3 has become a really comforting part of my nighttime routine and gives me a chance to slow down and relax before bed.
I’m so incredibly thankful to Kelsy for sending this over to me. It came at a time when I really needed extra support, and I truly appreciate…

Amazing
Honestly didn’t think it would work as well as it does. The alarm feature especially has been a game changer for me and I’m able to wake on time regularly in a better mood for the first time in my life!

Pleasant, but not a game-changer
I hoped this Hatch would make me a morning person. It hasn’t. The alarm goes off, and I still hit snooze multiple times until I finally NEED to get up. Yes, it’s nice to be stirred by a gentle sound and some light that momentarily wakes me, but it hasn’t been enough to prevent me from going back to sleep. Also, for a very expensive piece alarm clock, I was really surprised at how few included sounds there were. You really need a monthly subscription with Hatch+ to unlock more. I had hoped I’d have at least two dozen sounds but I don’t think there even is that many.

It’s more signals!
I’m disappointed at how much programming is required on the mobile app. I want to return it. I wanted a phone free bed time routine and this has added another device.

Difficult to navigate
I don’t find this product to be intuitive. I also purposely bought it to use my phone less but it is really not easy to work without the phone.
