10 Questions
Since the company discontinued the sheets that go along with the mattress. How would I know about getting sheets that would fit. I can't seem to find any that fit the measurements anywhere.?

Best Answer:  Simmons recommended a sheet with these dimensions: 17"L x 13.4" x 9.8"

How firm is the mattress and is it included?

Best Answer:  The Simmons Kids Dream Bedside Baby Bassinet Sleeper comes with a relatively firm pad, as firmness is important for infant safety. The pad is designed to provide a supportive surface that reduces the risk of suffocation, in line with safe sleep guidelines. While it may feel somewhat stiff compared to adult mattresses, this firmness is crucial to ensure a safe sleep environment for newborns.

Would this bassinet work if the legs can't go under the bed?

Best Answer:  Absolutely! This can be used as either a standalone bassinet or a bedside sleeper. To use as a bedside sleeper though, the bassinet has to be securely attached to your bed.

What size crib sheet does this use?

Best Answer:  You would want fitted sheets that are 27.6"L x 14.6"W x1"H. For the perfect fit, we recommend using the bassinet sheets made specifically for Simmons Kids bassinets by Delta Children.

What is the material of the sheet on the mattress?

Best Answer:  The Bedside Baby Bassinet Sheet is made from 65% polyester and 35% cotton.

How tall are the legs that slip under the edge of the bed?

Best Answer:  The bassinet's feet are 3.5 inches tall.

I have a bed height of 28-30”. Will this bassinet be tall enough for that?

Best Answer:  This sleeper can only accommodate beds that are between 19" to 25" high so it will not be compatible with your bed if it's between 28" to 30”.

Does bassinet fold down for easy, compact storage when no longer needed?

Best Answer:  This bassinet should be pretty easy to fold and pack away when you don't need it anymore. It measures 5.71 inches wide, 31.10 inches high, and 20.47 inches deep when boxed.

What is the minimum and maximum bed height that would be compatible with this bassinet? And what is the minimum width between bed and wall (assuming you can slide it under the bed a bit to bring the actual bassinet over the bed)?

Best Answer:  Delta Children advises against pulling this bassinet over the bed. To use it safely, you can either use it as a standalone bassinet or secure it to your bed using the safety straps. When used as intended, this bassinet is 30 inches wide.

What size is the mattress inside the bassinet?

Best Answer:  The mattress pad is 28 x 16.5 x 0.8”.

Makes newborn life easier
Let’s be honest, newborn life is hard. But this bassinet has made it so much easier. I can see my baby, soothe him quickly, and finally rest knowing he’s safe and close

Perfect for feedings
Last night was the first time I didn’t have to fully get out of bed for 2 am feeding. Just unzipped the side, reached over, and baby was right there.

Why didn’t we get this sooner?
With my first baby, I struggled with a bulky bassinet that didn’t adjust. This time, I splurged on the Dream Bedside and wish I had it from the start.

She sleeps much better!!
Before this bassinet, our baby woke up constantly. Since switching, she sleeps longer stretches. Maybe it’s the cozy size, maybe it’s being closer to me, but either way, I’ll take it!

It's so easy to adjust
My mom babysits once a week, and she loves how easy it is to use. She can wheel it around, adjust it, and keep baby close without needing instructions.

Built for new parents
Every detail feels like it was designed by someone who’s been in the trenches of new parent life, storage pockets, breathable mesh, adjustable height. They thought of everything

The wheels are so helpful
Honestly, I thought the wheels were just a bonus feature, but they’ve become one of my favorite parts. I glide it over to the couch during the day and back to my bed at night, easy peasy

I’m getting some real rest
I used to sit up constantly just to check if my baby was okay. Now I just roll over and peek through the mesh sides. I’m finally getting some real rest.

For the overthinker moms
I researched bassinets for weeks. Safety standards? Check. Adjustable? Check. Breathable sides? Check. This one met every single thing on my list!
