How many bottles does it fit?
Best Answer: It'll hold up to six standard wide neck 160ml bottles along with an ice pack.
Does this cooler fit inside the Spectra Tote All In One Pump and Accessories Carry Bag with their S1 pump? Or would it need to be carried separately?
Best Answer: This cooler won't fit in the Tote perfectly with the other items.
Do the bottles also have nipples?
Best Answer: The Spectra Cooler Kit does not come with bottle nipples.

Such a good freezer bag! Used to haul my pumped milk home from work.

I bought this from spectra. The ice pack got destroyed over time (never have I seen this) and the bag got ripped and was thrown away within the year. It's cute, but a no from me as a previous buyer.

Basically expensive bottles
I purchased this to transport milk to the NICU. After a couple hours, the melt from the ice pack provided leaks through the cooler itself and gets everything nearby wet.
