Very easy to install. You only need one person to put it together. took our toddler a bit of getting used to, but overall good. Our toddler is a wild sleeper and it keeps him in bed for the most part. The instructions were helpful in showing how to convert the bed from a crib to a toddler bed.

Disappointing
Questioned Storkcraft about compatibility but the response was unclear (guardrails alone versus kit) so I bought the kit, which is not compatible as it does not have the ability to attach to the vertical rail of the crib. No online vendors carry just the guardrails, only the kit. No point in returning the kit to Amazon. I will have to find a method to secure the vertical.

Required conversion parts are discontinued
**This is not posted on the model I purchased** because my crib is now discontinued.
In addition to the crib (that I carefully researched over months before selecting) not being manufactured anymore, the parts needed to actually utilize the 5-in-1 feature are also discontinued. You can purchase two rails for $55/each in the color black but the connect version (which also increases the height of the rails) is gone.
I am very fortunate that my child doesn't climb out, but we are almost three…

Smooth and safe transition for my little one
I wasn't sure whether to buy 2 or just 1 for my little girl- she has just started to walk- so the customer service was very helpful to make a safe decision. Now she loves getting in and out of her crip/ bed. She was part of the assembly team so she is excited to play in her bed safely now. Thanks Storkcraft for being part of her growth!

This is ridiculous, you can’t buy the toddler bed guard rails for storkcraft cribs AT ALL. The whole purpose of me getting this 5 in 1 crib was because it would grow with your little one. But apparently the company doesn’t give any care to their own product to keep parts in stock!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

Horrible customer service, ordered defective item and they will not accept a return. Even management is horrible do not buy.

Decent but hardware isn’t right out of the box
Rail is too expensive for one rail. The hex bolts aren’t the right thread supplied in the kit. Once applied the bolt will stop and lock into the thread nut. The only way to retrieve the bolt is to undo the nut then use pliers to back it out. As long as you have the right thread pattern the rail serves its purpose.

Wish it was better
Cons: Extremely small for the price, very flimsy, hard to screw in the screws, wish it was 4-5 inches longer
