The issues we have are with the Thule website and customer service overall. Lacking in amount of information provided (you really have to dig to figure out that the other Sport parts for this "3 Sport Trailer" are not included and that you have to purchase them separately. The ultimate!
One of the most well engineered things I own. Coming from working at a Bike shop for over 15 years. This is truly the ultimate bike kids trailer/jogger/stroller.

Awesome for skiing!
The Thule chariot cross 2 single is a great product. I had tried out older chariots but with this newest technology it really is the ticket to hauling my child. I mostly use this for cross country skiing and it is wonderful for classic and skate skiing.

Good product but difficult to transport
The product functions well as a jogger on pavement straight out of the box. Regarding accessories, I advise against using the jogging kit (now marketed as the all-terrain kit) on pavement. The front wheel on this kit does not pivot left or right, making it difficult to steer on standard roads. That kit is best suited only for runners who plan to travel in straight lines on non-paved trails.
