Loved it until the paint started coming off
We loved this walker until our little one was chewing on the block (as most babies do) and the paint was peeling off all in his mouth and all over him. Disappointed because now he doesn’t have any blocks to match the shape holes and we have to throw away all the blocks since the paint peels.

Poorly made
I put the whole thing together, got to one of the last steps and the base isn’t even CLOSE to fitting. For the price especially, I expect this to be a nicer, well-made toy, and unfortunately it’s the opposite. The pika dots in the side is just a thin cheap layer of plastic so as I was assembling it, it was already flaking off. Would NOT recommend, save your $$.

Look at how piece 24 is oriented on step 7 then look how you need to connect it on step 14. Spoiler alert, it’s wrong.

Good product mediocre website/customer service
Product is great but they make you download Soo app to track your order and when you download it there’s no tracking information called CS and was told it only shows up when item is shipped. Was told that my item hadn’t shipped yet. But product was delivered the next day. So it obviously had shipped without access to tracking info. Then tried to get video instruction and there’s a line that you can highlight for baby walker but that’s all you can do, highlight it. There’s no arrow to take you…

Unsafe!!
I really liked this product at first because it is really cute, and when my baby just played with the toys, all was well. Unfortunately, today he used it to practice walking, and it tipped backwards and fell on top of him. Luckily, he's ok, but it is really unsafe!! Will not be using again and will be trying to return.

Best gift ever!
My 11 month old granddaughter immediately took to it. Marched all around the house and knew exactly how to use it. She is not walking on her own yet, but cruises everywhere. She also really loves all the activities and how loud the wooden blocks sound on the base! A big hit!
