Babies love to be carried, but after while, this can take a toll on your arms, hips and back.
Tushbaby is a strap-free, ergonomic hipseat that evenly distributes your baby’s weight—so you can carry your little one longer and more comfortably.
Tushbaby helps you take a load off, literally, by reducing muscular strain on the spine while holding baby. The squishy memory foam seat supports and positions your child’s hips in the proper M-shaped position, helping to reduce the risk of hip dysplasia. It can be used in face-to-face, side-carrying and front-facing positions, and offers support during breastfeeding and bottle-feeding as early as infancy.
The wide belt features a plush pad and built-in lumbar support, which means more comfort for you. It also features roomy pockets to stash diapers, keys and pacifiers and has a hideable bottle holder and toy loop for on-the-go convenience.
It’s designed to fit 23”–44” waists, but you can add up to 24 more inches with the Waistband Extender (sold separately).
There a few key differences with the fabric types:
- Standard Polyester ($85): machine washable
- Vegan Leather ($98): wipe clean (not machine washable)
- Velvet ($115): machine washable
Note: Parents still need to keep an arm around baby.

My purchase was actually a gift to a friend. Dropped the ball on a wedding gift, hoped to make up for it by getting an awesome gift after hearing about their pregnancy. Tush Baby thought of everything. Looking forward to getting some pictures from my friends who are expecting. You guys are doing some really cool stuff.

Worth every penny
My husband and I have used our Tushbaby nearly every day since our baby was five months old (she’s now a year). She is above 99% in height and didn’t really like being in standard baby carriers. She loves going on neighborhood walks with Daddy on the Tushbaby, and I love going for coffee runs and beach walks with her. She has the freedom to move and it’s so easy to forward face her when she wants to look around, and then move her to face me to snuggle. It has truly been a blessing given her large size, and I get so many compliments given the modern design. My weak arms are so thankful!

Life changing
My boy is 2.5 years old, likely will never walk, he’s very small for his age but likes to be carried ALOT - it is becoming hard, especially out in public cuz I can’t just put him down to stand/walk and he will only tolerate so much of his stroller- additionally due to his disability he is a dead weight and doesn’t quite know how to support himself whilst being carried at the hip! The rush baby is a literal life saver, he is so comfy on it and feels supported and it allows me to hold him for long long stretches of time, my arms do not get as tired and it is just so much easier!

98th percentile necessity
The tushbaby is helpful for carrying around our 98th percentile 10 month old. He’s solid and not walking on his own yet, so we needed something to help support him. My husband even likes wearing it!

I'm 5'2" and the Tushbaby Lite Hip Carrier is perfect for me! It's not bulky and it's easy to use! I always have it in my car when I need to make a quick stop for groceries or when I need to make a coffee run at my favorite coffee shop and I need to be hands-free!
