Description

The Mamaroo offers Smart-home features like Bluetooth and voice control compatibility with Amazon Alexa and Google Home.
More features include removable toys and a no-rethread harness.

Not well made
Really disappointed! The first one I ordered had a jerky glitch to it. Customer service provided reset instructions which did not work. They then sent a second base replacement, which also was glitching. Finally they sent an entirely new swing. I thought it worked until my baby was inside and the jerky motion continued. I’m returning for a refund and would not recommend. Too much hassle with a new baby!

Complete Garbage - dangerous jerky motions
Complete Garbage - bought the unit from target 24 hours ago and after assembly operated for two hours fine then suddenly introduced rapid, jerky drop-like movements - horrible motions especially for an infant. Dangerous - of course no available customer support (we will respond in three business days) tell me you don’t care about parents and kids without telling me you don’t care about parents and kids

Poor design
I had really high hopes for this swing but once I received it I was disappointed. The seat does not move easily, it gets stuck when trying to move it into a different position. I would not recommend.

Squeaky and Loud
Baby swing has a high pitched squeak that will start after a week of use. You won’t be able to fix the squeak so you will never use the swing.

Color is not accurate
Charlie is not beige. It’s a grey color. For this price point the color should be accurate.

Downgrade from previous mamaroo model.
This newer model is definitely a downgrade. It is not as good as the one before, before the merge with Uppababy. I’ve noticed alot of differences with the mechanics and even the sounds. Ridiculous amount of money for what appears to be cheap labor. Do not buy. Go with another brand that puts effort into their model rather than profit off of very cheap labor to then sell for a ridiculous amount… also the color is off.

Deceiving color - does not match advertised photos
I purchased this Mamaroo specifically for the beige/tan color shown online, and what arrived looks nothing like the product photos.
The fabric is noticeably cooler and grayer in person, not the warm sand/beige tone advertised.
I understand minor color variation due to lighting, but this is not a subtle difference-it's a completely different undertone. The listing photos clearly depict a warm, cozy neutral, while the actual product reads cool gray in real life.

Nope
Tried this swing hoping it will help even for 20 mins. Nope. Baby did not like it at all. The motions did not soothe the baby. A traditional swing was much more effective also half the price.

My Baby Loved It!

My oldest son had a Mamaroo when he was born in 2019 but boy, let me tell you, this one sure is upgraded! My youngest son absolutely loved the comfortable seat, the hanging balls that could reach and play with, and the motion of the seat. I really loved the 5 point harness - I felt my baby was in the seat so securely. This Mamaroo is also very aesthetically pleasing and looks nice in our family room. Overall, a wonderful seat for my little one!
