Overview

Description

Designed for tiny ears, these ear muffs protect your baby’s hearing, making loud noises softer without shutting out other ambient sounds. They’re great if you’re going to be around loud noises or just want to calm the general din for your more sensitive child.

The headset’s ultra-light weight (just five ounces) means it’s comfortable for your baby to wear, and the wide, foam-filled cushions inside won’t squeeze little ears. The inside of the headband is cushioned and flexible, and the low-profile muffs have no protruding parts to catch on things.

What we  about it

Do these have an NRR of 31 or 21? Babylist website is saying 31 however, the Banz website and Amazon are all saying it's 21? I believe there is an error on the Babylist advertising.

Best Answer:  You are correct--the baby version is 21 and the kids version is 31. This has been updated, thank you!

How heavy is this?

Best Answer:  This is very light weight and weighs only 142g (5 oz).

How does the sizing work on these? Are they adjustable or do they only fit small infants?

Best Answer:  This does have an adjustable headband and it is recommended for ages 3 months to 2 years.

Are these earmuffs for airplanes as well?

Best Answer:  These earmuffs are highly recommended for use on airplanes and any environment that the child will need to have the noise significantly reduced.

Fun and functional earmuffs
Love these earmuffs and already got to use them with our babe for multiple concerts and a music festival. He tolerated them well and we ran into other parents with a toddler who had used the same ones for years and loved them. Very happy with them and love the design - it’s fun and great for any gender.

Great Find
These were a game changer for us. We wanted to take our baby inside the main church sanctuary and protect her ears. She sleeps right through it! Plus we live right by a city park that always has something going on including fireworks on 4th of July. Even my hubby & l need earplugs/headphones. LOL!

These are great!
Love these! Simple cute and no branding all over it which is nice. I recommend these even for the infants (they offer sweatband style ones for infants but these are great!) I can test and notice a difference and he doesn’t mind wearing them. The price is wonderful too!!!

Good for loud environments
These worked really well for my newborn. We took out 6 week old to a college football game and unfortunately our seats where right under the speakers in a loud stadium. My baby slept right through the entire game! The only problem is they kept slipping off and needed to be readjusted but honestly it was no big deal.

Don't leave home without em!
Cute and stylish, and my baby never tries to rip them off! My baby has an especially large head so hats and sunglasses can be iffy with him, but he never seems to mind when I put these on! He has worn these to outdoor music festivals, street fairs, parades, and inside especially loud restaurants. Note, he cannot wear these while sitting in one of his strollers or his car seat because there isn't enough space between his ears and the sides of the head rest so I often wear him in a carrier if I know I'll need to use the ear muffs.

Not the version I wanted, but otherwise good product.
Heads up: the product sent was the 2nd picture version which is much brighter. I was personally very disappointed not to receive the pastel version that is the main photo.

Perfect fit for my 7lbs 6oz newborn even in carseat.
My daughter failed her left ear hearing test and I didn't want any loud sound to jeopardize it. She uses it when we go to church and travel. It fit her fine in her car seat.

I'm pretty sure baby can't hear a single thing no matter how loud when these are on. She can peacefully sleep through church worship while wearing them.

They are comfortable (Baby doesn't want to pull them off!) and they muffle, but don't completely cancel sound, so Baby can still enjoy the tunes! Our daughter is now 3 and still loves wearing her Baby Banz at concerts or any time things get a bit noisy at home (vacuuming, grinding coffee, mowing the lawn, etc...).
