Sent Wrong Item
I ordered this item and was sent a bassinet instead. I had reached out to customer service via email 3-4 times and no response. I have called over 6 times to customer service and no response, I had to leave voicemails. They still have not gotten back to me. Very disappointed because I had heard good things about Baby Delight products and I’ve had a very poor experience.

Very useful in the kitchen
I used this quite about with my baby. Initially she would sink too much into the seat at 1 month. She didn’t look comfortable in it until she was a little bigger. It’s great to have in the kitchen while I wash dishes or table side while I eat because she’s not on a floor rocker and I can interact with her between mouthfuls of food at table height. Flimsy Cheap
Unfortunately this item was very flimsy and did not smooth my baby. The vibration function appeared to be faulty as well. It was also to big for my 6lb baby and you should no longer use the product after your baby reaches 20lbs. Seems like a waste. I would like to have returned the item but I did not due to shipping cost.

Look like the reviews that people give 5 starts are based on a promotional company give them. I dont see uncompromised reviews. The lounger dis not come with instructions and it supposedly for infants and was too big for my baby

Great gift for new parents!

I got this for my nephew to use for his soon to be daughter. We helped assemble the chair, most likely didn't need our help. Assembly was super easy and took roughly 5 minutes to complete. This lounger is height adjustable and reclines. The only con I would say is material appears to be a bit "flimsy". Might be to make it lighter for portability. Overall the new parents to be is excited to use it when baby girl arrives.
