• Plate: trefoil shape makes it easy to scoop up food unaided and difficult to grab hold of edges to tip; rubber strip underneath keeps plate from sliding (two-part plate has a removable inner plate for cleaning)
• Spoon and fork: easy-grip short handles; ring at the base of the handle prevents slippery hands from sliding too far down and groove on the back for resting against the rim without sliding into the plate
