Will “original” Boppy covers fit this new model? I have an organic one I love the print of from my first babe.?
Best Answer: No. The Boppy x Babylist Nursing Pillow with Organic Cotton Cover uses Boppy's updated nursing pillow design, which has a larger, firmer shape and a wider opening than the original Boppy. Because of the shape change, original Boppy covers are not designed to fit this newer pillow.
How to wash it?
Best Answer: The cover is machine washable; you can spot or wipe clean the nursing pillow.

DO NOT BUY
Do not buy this nursing pillow. My friends raved about this product, but I think it’s because she had the old version. This pillow offers 0 support for me or my baby. It slips away from me, causing my baby to lose her latch and creating a gap between my baby and I, forcing me to fully support her myself. My baby is not even two weeks old and my wrist, forearm, and elbow are killing me. The only good thing about it is the firmness. My lactation consultant had the old version and when I tried it,…

I hate this pillow. Currently writing this as I’m frustrated with it nursing at 4am. It’s such an odd shape that it doesn’t even fit around my waist and there’s a gap between me and the pillow, so baby is basically falling in between the crack. I have to keep pulling it towards me and using my legs to push it against me. The material is also slippery so it will slide against my thighs if I start relaxing and it slips away b don’t recommend

Not my favorite
Just do yourself a favor and get the mybreastfriend instead. It’s sooo much better - stays in place, she doesn’t fall between the pillow and my body, and has more structure. We do like it for tummy time but that’s it.

I really enjoy this pillow. I had to have a c-section and this pillow provides the support and comfort I need to breast feed my baby as I recover from the c-section. It is a sturdier pillow like others have mentioned but thats great for me because I can press it against my stomach when I sneeze or cough and not hurt my incision.

The pillow case zipper stopped working after one wash. Followed all washing instructions and the case still seems to fit fine, but the zipper is now gaping in multiple spots.

When I opened the packaging and saw the new Boppy, I was impressed. The look and sturdiness surprised me but as I used it, it maybe felt too sturdy and didn’t fit my body. Because it didn’t wrap to me, the pillow seemed to be getting away from me when I was breastfeeding and bottle feeding. I do love the neutral cover but my initial impression was a let down. Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this infant feeding accessory.

I have enjoyed using the new Boppy pillow to breastfeed my newborn baby. The look and design of the pillow is modern and gender neutral. I have also used the original Boppy for breastfeeding and the biggest difference for me is that the original is less firm and bigger than this one. There are things about the Boppy pillow that I received from Stellar panel in exchange for an honest review. I like how it fits into my glider chair and it's not having to be shoved in there awkwardly. One thing I don't like is that the pillow is very very stiff and I see this could be great for breastfeeding unfortunately I had to stop breastfeeding so we are only bottle feeding now.
