Love but want cotton covers!
I really love my uplift and it’s way better than the original boppy for nursing (still use my original boppy for tummy time and such)! I’m only taking off a star because I wish it had a waterproof liner cover available and 100% cotton covers available like they have for the original boppy. They underestimate how much babies spit up!

Style over substance, unfortunately
Unfortunately this nursing pillow, while very cute, is not well designed. After struggling to get a good latch, I was advised by a lactation consultant to get a different pillow (she recommended the My Breast Friend pillow - SO much better) because the slope and shaping of this one results in poor positioning which was contributing to the painful latch I was experiencing. In order to make this one work, I had to prop it up with a bunch of other pillows and blankets which was super cumbersome to do every two hours. Definitely recommend going for the My Breast Friend pillow instead!

Save your money
I got this as a gift July 2025 and wasn’t due until September 2025. I tied to be proactive and washed the cover before I had my baby and I wish I had waited because I couldn’t return it after I washed it. So first things first I would recommend to trying this to see if you even like it before popping the tags and washing it.

A Product I Genuinely Love: The Boppy Anti-Reflux Pillow

A game changer for feeding pillows!
As a pediatric nurse practitioner, lactation counselor, and mom, I know that the pillow you use makes a huge difference! Great for reducing spit up!
I love the Boppy Uplift Nursing Pillow! Our youngest child was diagnosed with colic and acid reflux. The elevated slope helps reduce the amount of spit ups our son has. The contoured design fits comfortable around my waist and I love the ease with which I can swap out and wash the covers. We've been Boppy users since our first child and I highly recommend the new Boppy Uplift Nursing Pillow. It's just what we needed!

A MUST-HAVE!
Sooo many people recommended Boppy when I was pregnant and I can now confirm it is SO WORTH THE HYPE! Breastfeeding is so much harder than I could’ve imagined but the Boppy Uplift Nursing Pillow allows both me and my baby to be as comfortable as possible. Without it, my back was hurting from having to bend over & my baby was constantly sliding down & uncomfortable. The sloped design is also a game changer for reflux babies and helps with reflux. I love this thing!

Easily better than everything else we tried

Wife loves it. Lots of thoughtful details in the design like the slight canal running down the length of the pillow that cradles the baby — the double buckles — the sloped shape, etc.
Great customer service. Was able to help us right away with a very slight defect in the original we received. Will be recommending to our friends.
