I thought after reading all the glowing reviews that this product would be a no-brainer to work with, but that wasn't the case for me. After several attempts at installing it, once my husband and I gave up the hope of perfection we were left with a slightly leaky faucet with a very low water flow.
I do appreciate that the water coming out of it did taste better than the unfiltered tap before it.

Water pressure and warmth non-existent
These faucet filters are not great. One of mine broke within 2 weeks of using. The other one I have takes forever to “bring” hot water. The water pressure is terrible.. it takes up a lot of space in my sink ..

SO disappointed. I wanted to love this because I really love their showerhead and I do believe in this brand but when I tell you, there’s literally no water pressure at all. I put my faucet on high the highest it can go and barely any water is coming out. I even contacted canopy and asked them if this is normal and they said yes because it needs more time to filter. As I understand this, it just does not work for me brushing my teeth as a hassle washing my face is a hassle. It’s discourages me…

Faucet filter.

I like the finish on the filter because it goes well with my current faucet. I also like the idea of filtering the water for brushing my teeth and washing my face. However, the water pressure is low when I first turn on the faucet. It takes several minutes for the full water pressure to come out.

Can’t get existing aerator off.

I still can’t get the aerator off my faucet. I’ve soaked in vinegar and tried all the keys, but nothing works. I sent a picture of the faucet to Candace on Tuesday but have not heard anything back.

Smell is gone

I have very stinky water but as soon as I started using the canopy shower and canopy faucet filter the smell disappeared! I could hardly believe but it’s gone. I will always use the canopy filters and humidifiers. The are so great. Thank you.
